Webafrica Terrible service

What a terrible service provider, firts of all they dont have a call center they make you download a glitchy app that is always crashing. Then they refer you to use whatsapp and you deal with consultants that dont know what to do to assist you, they keep transferring you to different agents, they take hours before they respond on whatsapp. Their chat bot is stupid keeps you waiting for agents for hours on end. Im going to cancel their service will go for another service provider.
