WebAfrica terrible service

Pathetic service. I cancelled the fibre because its always lagging. Was suppose to be cancelled 1st may even i received confirmation emails to say its cancelled. 2nd may I received another email saying i need to pay R699 or my line will be suspended. Been with them on this useless whatsapp platform whole day without any luck. I would not recommend web africa to anyone
