Webafrica terrible service

I took out an LTE contract only to find out that there was no coverage in my area. I was then offered a refund for the initial costs and told that a courier guy would be sent to collect the device due to the problem. This was in October and I been debited for the services, charged for the modem, and still have had no courier guy collect the device. I have been over R 2000 for a service that was not provided, being told I would receive a full refund and I am still waiting almost 4 months later. Worst service ever!!
