Webafrica Terrible/ Non-existant support

This is so anyone who wants to sign up with Webafrica does so at their own discretion. 1. My service was cancelled when I had requested they stop a change of address 2. I had to pay 575 for reconnection besides this error being on record, seing all calls are recorded. (DId not fight it,just wanted to be back online) 3. After payment service has not been re-activated for whatever reason 4. Trying to contact via whatsapp is a waste of time, just reffered to a chat bot and you are never connected to an actual agent. Weeks on end being told an agent will contact you, another lie. 5. The call center number asks you to use the whatsapp number, read above point.

There is absolutely no support whatsoever and you will be stuck if ever you need assistance whatsoever, I have been a sitting duck for a while now.
