Webafrica - Terrible ISP Service (Nightmare)

The most terrible ISP service (lack thereof) I've ever experienced. If there was an option for a zero star rating, this would be exactly a zero.

I ordered a Webafrica SIM card only 150GB+150GB MTN LTE deal. Sim card was delivered. Then the problem started - SIM Activation has never been this difficult.

After numerous phone calls with waiting periods of over 2 hours before an agent can attend to it, and the whatsapp communications agents are also unavailable during their specified available hours - also waited for well over an hour and they kept transferring me to new agents until it's about 2 hours. After being told to leave the inactive SIM in the router for a number of hours, It got got activated and went online,i tested it with the likes of YouTube and it worked OK, but that was only for less than an hour, then back offline again. SIM card inactive again. As I type this, it's a day later and it's still inactive and I contacted Webafrica again this morning, another extremely long waiting period well over 30 minutes before an agent can pick up the call, and the agent still could not re-activate it. They then logged a fault for it to be attended and asked me to keep the inactive SIM on the router (while offline).

I decided to just cancelled my Webafrica account even though it just got activated yesterday (within less than 24 hours) because of this terrible service. Unfortunately I have to deal with this terrible service for the next 30 days because the cancellation policy requires a 30 days notice period.

I would definitely NOT recommend Webafrica due to this kind of terrible service (the worst of all time).

Funny part, even their own customer feedback request email doesn't even take feedback - you click on the feedback rating and all you get is an almost blank page written "Service Unavailable" in small letters at the top left corner. How precise can it get.

Webafrica needs to take their customers seriously.
