webafrica terrible fibre
for the last two months I've been having issues with this network, I am so fed up... all the time issues occur at night when you cant even get an agent to assist you, I've even had to go work at my sisters because the network was terrible, honestly using my personal data but I am paying for fibre in my house, please make that make sense, also signed up to be informed when network is down but I never get the information

- Check your notifications: Make sure alerts are enabled so you receive updates immediately when there’s maintenance or changes affecting your area.
- Router placement and restarts: Restarting your router or positioning it centrally and at an elevated spot can improve signal strength, especially at night.
