Webafrica - terrible delayed service!

I have been attempting to talk to the billing department since 10.12.2022 to finalise my installation, and do not receive feedback. When talking to a consultant on the Livechat option, I receive no feedback. I have been holding on for more than two hours today and no response. I have been sending e-mails - no response. Terrible service!
