Webafrica - terrible customer support

I've tried to cancel one of my services for a while now, spoke to several agents via the Whatsapp support chat. None of which was able to assist. The last one said the manager would call me back and they never did. When we first did the installation they took 3weeks to arrive therefore starting the package at a later date, which they are now holding me accountable for ( They were the ones who delayed the installation) and now want me to pay clawback fees. No one has gotten back to me in weeks and whenever I try the support chat they give me the runaround.
