Webafrica Terrible Customer Service. No Star rating

The worst service provider when it comes to customer service. For technical support, there is no number to call. They only have an automated whatsapp line which never gets answered. I have been on hold on WhatsApp for 33 minutes. There's no one attending to me. This is not the first time. No one to escalate the poor service to. 😡😡😡
