Webafrica terrible customer service!

Webafrica this is getting insane. We have been without internet for over a month, and no one is prepared to assist with anything. We finally figured out with your agents that it's a line fault, which was reported, and then no one from your company got back to the provider, so they closed the ticket!!! None of your agents are ever available to help nor do they even seem interested! How is it that we pay for a service but no one ever does anything to assist your clients! The service is absolutely shocking!!
