WebAfrica terrible customer service :(

Terrible customer service. I have logged a call on Monday 07 Aug 2023 at 07:30 informing WebAfrica that my fibre is not working. The cable at the back of the router broke. The call was logged and that was it. No human interaction, no updates, nothing. It is Friday 11 Aug 2023 and I still have no fibre. I cannot cancel or get access to speak with a person. Live chat is not working as well to cancel. This is putting me out of pocket as I work from home. I tried everyway to make contact to get an update. I spoke to the agent who assisted me with signing up who logged a complaint for me and that too got not attention.
