Webafrica terminated my account and still debit my account on a monthly basis, I'm a pensioner with no funds in my account and yet they persistent on debiting my account, I'm now in debt with R1599. Webafrica have no clue what they doing.

This is my 3nd time writing a review on Webafrica. I am now in debt with Webafrica with R1599 although they terminated my fiber, lucky for me I don't have funds in my account because I'm a pensioner, they terminated my account on the 1st October 2025 and they do an advance payment system, I do not owe them a single c we cent, yet from the termination date the 1st of October 2025 they still debiting my account. Webafrica is a very bad ISP company please stay away from this ISP company.
