Webafrica takes your money, but dont supply

I joined on to the fantastic deals they offered for fibre, promising the world that fibre is to be installed soon, giving dates etc, I pay my R1000 for the "modem"......6 months down the line, I still have no fibre, i contacted them numerous times no one knows what is going on and they have already said that the price has increased and i dont even have the internet yet.
