Webafrica Take your money and dont deliver

Worst Company ever. I signed up for Fiber I paid via Debit order and my fibre has not been installed. They kept throwing up the SLA of 7-14 days for installation, they have not met that. I have to keep following up on the installation and the feedback is it has been escalated to OpenServe. The call center agents are not able to assist with anything off script, that's if you manage to get hold of an agent every time I have contacted them I have been on wait of 3 hours to be connected to an agent. I have waited since the 24th of May for a manager to call to me back and have not received a call. I contacted them today to follow up on my installation only to be told there is not infrastructure in my area??? This after they have taken my money????, all my Neighbours in the complex have fiber through openserve so how could there be no infrastructure. They have taken my money not provided me with a service not informed me about the delay, that is theft. They keep throwing processes up but clearly their process are a failure. Save yourself the despair and never sign up with this company.
