WEBAFRICA TAKE MONEY - NEVER DELIVER SIM CARD??????

they take your money immediately off your bank, promise to deliver 3-5 workings days MAX at my work address, they confirmed all my RICA up to date, and then when you question why its late, then there is nothing they can do or say but i have to wait another week for some manager to see why after 6 business days - still nothing - nobody can give me a reason or date when my sim card will be delivered???? this is scary?
