WebAfrica suspend account after payment

#Webafrica - Your service is a joke. I wanted to pay my account on the 2nd of August. Received a message that said don't do any payments. WebAfrica is busy processing the payment. I then get informed on the 3rd my account payment did not go thru. I paid my account on the 3rd of August. Send proof of payment as requested on the 3rd of August. My account gets suspended on the 4th of August. At 10:00 am I get informed my account will be reactivated in 2 hours. At 20:00 my account is still suspended. Tried contacting WebAfrica via there "Emergency watsapp contact" that operates till 21:00... 1 hour later, suprise suprise no contact. I guess your 21:00 is like other companies that say they work till 20:00 but there staff stops working at 17:00 already.
