Webafrica "Support" sucks!

Absolutely useless customer service.

You cannot talk to a real person to resolve any issue. I have been on their Whatsapp chat now for over 4 hours.

3 "support" agents have responded and all told me I will be transferred to the Support Department!!!!

What a joke, I don't think this department exists and why did I waste the 4 hours it took to be told I need to be transferred, why can't the support agent provide any support.

This is ridiculous.

I am trying to query a service upgrade that has not been implemented, my billing has been updated (of course) but the service has not been upgraded....apparently this issue is too complicated for the first line "support" to reconcile.

They may offer some good deals but it is at the cost of providing the worst customer service I have ever experienced.....and I would include dealing with any government department in that assessment.

Pathetic!
