Webafrica support shocking

I just got migrated to Webafrica forcefully as The Bitco business was sold to them and they are absolutely shocking, support is only till 21:00 and to top it off it is only on Whatsapp and no line to phone directly, I have been down for the past 2 days because of the Vuma issue and now everyone else in the area are ip and running and I am still down as it seems my line is down for some reason.
