webafrica support service has become pathetic

the support from webafrica is getting very slack lately. theres also no longer a number to call on and you can wait so long for service and when you do get someone you sit and wait for them i got a screenshot i would love to post from whatsapp. I think its time for me to find a new provider. I cant access my webafrica.org.za email and i got no options in the clientarea for them its like they vanished. and i have to sit and wait for service and then get none because im being ignored. the service is becoming really bad.
