WebAfrica Support not on par

I waited 2 hours to get assistance on their whatsapp support, then was told by "Tshidiso" that I need to cancel my line and place a new order just to change my payment method. Then was told they are putting me through to have it done. 20 minutes later I get "Hi there, my name is Tshidiso, how can I assist you today?" For an ICT company this is woefully inefficient and frustrating. REF number for the chat was ***
