WebAfrica Support - Not Helpful At All

Their support is of no help whatsoever. I have spent most of a day trying to pay my account, but their inefficient support can't seem to help. Requests to escalate the matter to a superior gets ignored. Mthokozisi T and Thubelihle N can't or won't assist, and there is no way to speak to a human, only the infuriating chat is available.
