I have been on hold for almost 2hrs with no answer.

No response on my Support Ticket

WhatsApp bot is no use.

No response on Facebook or Instagram.

How am I supposed to get hold of my provider?...

Will you refund the 2hrs of Airtime O've already wasted?...
