Webafrica support is the worst

Web africa has no way to get support quickly and effeciently. I have been struggling whole morning to chat to someone at afrihost. Whatsapp, im stuck in a "queue" that never moves. and randomly end my session. Phone call tell me to use their super effecient support via whatsapp which is a lie. I could only get through to sales, and they cant help me.. they can only give the other department a call back which im still waiting for.

Unfortunately i would not recommend webafrica to anyone as when you need them, they are silent, but when they need to make a sale, its easy to get hold of them.
