Webafrica Support is a waste of time

My internet went off just suddenly and trying to get support from Webafrica is totally a waste of time. Firstly it takes 20 minutes just to get you connected to a person. Then they just end your session without resolving the issue. Or they tell you to hold on then 30 minutes later you still wait. This poor service was rendered by Lazola Nonyukela on 9 August 2020. I will not recommend this ISP to anyone ever. Worst than Iburst ever could be. STAY AWAY!!!!
