Webafrica Support is a Joke

I have been having disconnection issues for over 2 weeks. Logged it with Webafrica last week. Did all the tests again including direct ONT connection. Following up for the 3rd time today on what the status is as i was told dial a nerd would come and check. No contact from them yet. So i contact the terrible whatsapp support again. Support agent Nomawonga M then tries to make me do all the tests again, i say no please just follow up. She then proceeds to ask me if we did the CPU tests on the initial call. I asked her if she knew what a cpu was and she said it was the command prompt, CMD, not even close to CPU. These agents have zero technical understanding and are a point of frustration. Get better support.
