I have never experienced such incompetence in my whole life!! The agents are never available, the call center goes to voicemail. Some agent has made an order to Vumatel on my behalf and sent an incorrect link for payment, now I cant cancel the order and use another service provider no pay because there is nobody available to assist with either the cancellation on payment. I'm frustrated and annoyed at the poor poor service.
