WebAfrica Sucks, very expensive and there is no It support until you threatene them...

So... I have been a customer for over 4years and even though my internet is out once a month for 2 days... I'm still a dedicated customer,but last week Thursday my internet went down and we left it hoping that it would be back on the following day... But nothing... I then spoke to they're stupid WhatsApp Robot that takes you through fault finding...then eventually spoke to a agent who clearly doesn't know anything about what the hell he is talking about... Then the next day they had me log into my router and change password and login details... Yet nothing worked... Sunday my wife spoke to another agent that also head Her logging into the device and change passwords and internet settings... Still nothing... Come Monday my wife threatened to cancel and then Boom... Tuesday my internet was working... WebAfrica sucks....
