Webafrica sucks piles

My installation was done three weeks ago and ever since then I have had no internet connection and when you try and get ahold of web africa they are very quick to respond with a sales team but you wait 3 to 4 hours to get ahold of someone in the technical department I have probably spoken to the whole web africa and none of those uneducated tech support can help me. All I receive when I eventually get through to someone in technical support all I received was refrence numbers and all I get told is that my fault has been logged by the tier 2 team when I do finally find someone who is savvy to help me I get empty promises because today (24 November 2021) I got promised that someone would phone me at 5pm and then at half past 5 I get a message from web africa with yet again another excuse and no phone call. When I do want to cancel I must now pay a ton of cancelation fees but why must I pay for something that doesn't work. They are very quick to take money off my account without any real service. Their whatsapp support line is a laughing stock their tech support team is managed by a bunch of clowns if I could rate them -5 out of 5 stars I would but unfortunately there is no negative rating system. NEVER USE OR RECOMMEND WEB AFRICA.
