WEBAFRICA SUCKS

From once they have your bank details, to getting the fiber connection and router, it has been an ordeal.

there are no humans to talk to and when they are selling they are ready to help, when there are issues, no one and nothing works.

My account was debited when i had not even had my fiber connected, i only received my router after they connected the fiber, only to find that the router is not working, with no one to contact to exchange. I have been on hold since this morning, i have tried calling, only to have the call disconnected, i have gone onto their watsapp chat only to have that disconnected. i will be charged for a month should i cancel and i wont have received any internet access. i will stop the debit and cancel and go with another provider.

If you want any service dont go with WEBAFRICA!!!
