WEBAFRICA -SUCKS BIG TIME

Webafrica service is the worst ever, 1. I transferred and account to the new owners - WEBAFRICA Just cut the line not doing the transfer and now want to invoice me for not returning the router. 2. They invoiced me on the 31st DEC and again on the 3rd Jan for the same connection, they deduction from my bank includes both amounts, have sent them a copy of their statement should both invoices and a copy of the Bank notification of the deduction. They state they need my entire bank statement - which is only due out on the 1st of Feb, but the deduction was total 4th Jan, therefore not reflected on the latest bank statement
