Webafrica SUCKS!!!!!!

They don't even deserve one star!!!!!! I'ts impossible to get a hold of any manager. You can only communicate via whatsapp with the agents and there's only so much they can do. We went 11 days without wifi and they won't Credit that money back to us. We had to cancel our subscription due to unforseen circumstances and now they're going to charge me R2700 installation fee because we canceled before 12 months. I tried to make a payment arrangement and they just said, via email, sorry we don't make payment arrangements and then the email adress was discontinued. They are ridiculous and I will never recommend them to anyone.
