Webafrica sucks!

I would give zero stars if it were possible!

We switched from our normal ISP to webafricaand are still not connected. After chatting to a few *********** agents via WhatsApp I am losing hope. The company is quick to take your payment but the after sales support is *******. I have not managed to reach an agent for last 24 hours. And the chatbot app is useless as ever. After the first experience of such ******* service I will be cancelling our account with them. For anyone reading this, please do not sign up with this useless bunch of *********** buffoons!!
