worst service ive ever experienced in my life.On the 1st June i paid R800 for 100/50Mbs fibre line, they never upgraded my current 20/10Mbs line and ive never received my invoice for the month of June 2024. ive asked everday for my invoice explaining my situation over and over as im being transferred from Pillar to post. im on the verge of losing my job as i am being accused of theft.im stressed out, i cant even focus on my work. i hate this company. they do not even deserve half a star.i want my money refunded. please please people! dont do business with these people.
