WebAfrica Sucks

It is impossible to get a human voice on the phone and all the responses are pathetic. We have had no internet service for almost a week and have been buying data, Its almost impossible to work or study and it is impossible to speak to anyone from WebAfrica on the phone. I am getting another service provider. There's nothing wrong on Vumatels side (as per their response ) and the only time you can actually speak to someone is when you want to purchase services. I want to cancel my services and want a refund for the past few days.
