WebAfrica Sucks!

Once again - poor service - I have been using them for quite some time now, however when things go well, it's great; but, whenever there is a problem it is difficult to get assistance. Their bot is not very helpful and their phone service just doesn't work. Also, they require one calendar month's notice to process a cancellation! Do I really have to pay for another month of NO SERVICE!! I am going to do a chargeback on the fees! Very sad that an ISP that started out so promising have not been able to sustain their service level.
