WEBAFRICA SUCKS!!

Not a pleasant experience, I have been charged extra initiation fees and monthly billing for a line upgrade that was never done going on 3 months now. After numerous amount of emails that only get answered 3 weeks later apologizing and escalating nothing materializes. Impossible to get hold of anyone on the phone and good luck with emails. This is not a company that I would recommend. My line has been degraded and I have been charged double. The word ********** and ****** come to mind when thinking about WEBAFRICA. If someone at WEBAFRICA hopefully in management comes across this review please contact me.
