Webafrica sucks

Upon checking my area coverage online, finally we can have fibre. Webafrica and Frogfoot transaction. Lady from frogfoot sent me the WhatsApp message with terms & conditions. They will cover 30 meters away & the rest will be covered by us. If paving needs to be lifted, we will cover the costs. The modem delivered after paying. All happy 😄 The men arrived but couldn't do the job. Civil must do it. According to this message we were getting a boundary box. BUT it's All lies. No box. The closest box is 50 meters away. NOW I'm trying to get my funds back from Webafrica Apparently I cancelled the order 🧐🧐🧐 It was cancelled for me by Frogfoot. I cannot explain that over and over and why should I ‼️ And now you are just 🤫 No installation, No refund 🤕 No star for them. The Webafrica staff blames me because clearly they don't read.
