Webafrica sucks!

We had a 20mbps fibre line from Vodacom with Webafrica as our service provider. On the 31st of May we upgraded the line to 100mbps. Today it's the 19th of June and still we get well under 20mbps most of the time. Till now no increase in speed. We must pay for something we are not getting. Speaking to them daily. Nothing gets done. Webafrica says problem is with Vodacom and Vice Versa. Neither of them worry about the customer. 20 days to increase the speed and nothing. No technician sent out, same excuses over and over. No customer service. They dont worry about their clients at all. :-(
