Webafrica sucks

All I want to do is install fibre from another isp but because I was dumb enough to fall for the **** advertising when they said fibre is already in my area all I had to do was register. There after it was said it's not yet in my area and they will keep me updated. Then I found out about the cancellation process now I'm afraid that if I do receive poor connections in the 12 months I won't be able to cancel without paying the installation fees. Other isps is much easier to cancel that's why I want to cancel my pre-order but I can't cause they won't get back to me and I need fibre desperately and I can't register with anyone else cause I was dumb enough to pre-order this nonsense. Why couldn't you just do it on there website it don't make sense. Why is this simple thing so hard to do.
