Webafrica suck

I would like to say that Webafrica support is the worst... The hours suck as things happen after that you stuck with a problem you trying to resolve... The whatsapp support on weekends is the worst as you can never get through to an agent. I hate it and they must have a 24 hour support not a business hours like its shop on the street. I wanna scream with this. I would make people think twice ordo some research before taking their services as if you have a problem with anything you wont get help. Its Sunday i was the 1st to send a message its been 1hour and i still haven't gotten a response only a bot..
