WebAfrica stole my money

A month ago I was interested in getting LTE router from WebAfrica. I entered all my details and once I was finished I realized that I was no longer interested. I did not provide my Fica documents an email was sent confirming that if these were not provided my order would be cancelled. I deliberately did not provide the information under the impression my order will be cancelled. This morning my account was debited. I need my money. I called WebAfrica this morning and no one could tell me why my account was debited. All I want is my money back as the debit was unauthorized. My money was ****** basically.
