Webafrica Stinks

It is totally unacceptable that one cannot get into contact with webafrica. They require you to communicate via WhatsApp and it says they are connecting you to a Live Chat Agent, but after waiting hours no one comes online to assist. Their Covid excuse for this rotten service is not acceptable.
