Webafrica stinks

So i had issues where i tried to change where webafrica debits from as when i initially signed up i used my credit card and want to switch but what a mission. Firstly their website is ****!

Secondly their customer service is even worse. They take around 15 minutes per response on whatsapp and still they cannot fix or solve any issues. Who are they hiring to work
