Webafrica - Still no fibre repair one week later

Webafrica, while you're rooting for the Bokke, you've dropped a few ***** back home. After logging my query on the morning of 03 September, I've received several automated and escalation emails, coupled with a handful of empty live-chat promises. Yet I am STILL without fibre and internet a full week later.
