Webafrica still has not activated my internet

After having signed up with Vumatel my fibre was installed but not activated. Webafrica still didn't activate my internet, you can't get hold of them..they let you chat with an unhelpful robot on WhatsApp. U log a ticket and they close it same time. It is soo frustrating dealing with a company that u can't reach when you need their help but when its time to pay for service they are always on time. There is no after hours support too, you have to chat to this robot. No, this is not acceptable
