Webafrica still cant do the basics..

Still no better that 1year ago.. been waiting the whole day yesterday for the installation team at my new property. After he called me in the week to confirm when he can come..its now suday.. he is still not here.. and he probably will not be here tomorrow either. I need to study and so online class.. i need the internet.. i dont skiep payments or anything why am i getting **** service again.

You cant call anyone and whatsapp bot does nothing. No agent available aways.. so what can one do.. nothing.. hence it is better to look at other fiber options i think. Something so simple is yet so hard.. i just cant grasp it..
