Web Africa was requested to transfer a service to my name. The contract says that I am not responsible for the previous owner's outstanding amounts. In good faith, I paid the November account in advance and now the account has not been transferred and has been cut. there is no way to contact them as they do not answer their phones and the Whatsup can take up to 24 hrs before anyone contacts you and you sit without the internet!!! distasteful, dishonest and ****** useless. Do not make use of their services.
