Absolutely STAY away from this service provider ! They bill incorrectly even prior to delivery of the router - they cannot deliver the advertised UPLOAD speeds which you are billed for - they have absolutely NO CUSTOMER SERVICE and you are put on hold with Whatapp options for hours on end ... NO email or mobile contact is possible at all ! What a frustration with such pathetic service !
