WEBAFRICA - Stay away!!!

After months of struggling with WebAfrica, i contacted them and said please cancel my line - withing 24hours an senior manager was on the whatsup chat with me.. asking how can the keep me as an client. Well told her the whole story, and she promised to rectify this to me. Also offer me an new package of 500/250 per month for R899. This was 13 May 2022 - since then, the billing was incorrect, charging me R1299 for the line, and secondary to that, the line is till date, 1 August 2022., still on 100/100. They refuse to take call, sand also refuse to put you thru to an manager to discuss the issues. You can also just contact them on Whatsup - unless you a new client.. And the just don't rectify the problem. it is the worse company i have dealt with i mnany years. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON EMPTY PROMISES>
