WEBAFRICA- STAY AWAY !

Stay away ! No internet for 2 days now, while working from home.... Turns out Webafrica simply did not pay Openserve and they subsequently terminated the fibre connection. Cannot get hold of any Webafrica agent, waiting time at least 30 minutes. no call back. Whatsapp service simply does not include the option to notify them to pay Openserve ! In the process of changing over to new provider, same package, R 200 cheaper per month.
